🚫 No Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and payment details before confirming your purchase.

🚫 No Returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, whether opened or sealed.
  • All sales are final.

🚫 No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with product performance.
  • Please read ingredient lists carefully, perform a patch test, and reach out to our team if you have any questions before purchasing.

✅ Exceptions: Wrong or Missing Products

We will offer a resolution only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing product from your order

To report an issue:

  • Email hellodewordare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

✅ Resolution will be provided as:

  • An e-voucher (equal to product value) OR
  • A replacement product — at our discretion
